Payment

Upon receipt of your registration form, we will send you our payment instructions. Your registration is confirmed only upon receipt of payment.

Service and Maintenance Agreement (SMA) license

SMA discount of 10% is only applicable to participants registering for ‘Standard Registration’ or ‘Early Bird Registration’.

Hotel

If you wish to book a hotel room at the Conference Hotel, please fill in the attached Hotel Registration Form. Any costs related to hotel accommodation are not included in the Conference registration fee and will be paid directly by the Conference participants to the hotel. Cancellation of participation
¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨
Registered participants who are unable to attend the Conference will have their paid fees refunded less a processing fee of EUR 100. Written notice of non-attendance must be sent by letter, fax or email and received by the Conference Secretariats no later than 15 August 2010. If cancellation is made after this date, no refunds will be available. All refunds will be processed after the Conference.

Substitution of participants
¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨
Should the intended participant be unable to attend the Conference, a substitute is welcome at no extra cost. Please e-mail the name of the person being replaced and the name, e-mail and contact details of the new participant to the Conference Secretariat.

Liability and Insurance

DHI will not assume any responsibility whatsoever for damage or injury to persons or property during the Conference. Participants are recommended to arrange their personnel travel and health insurance.
