Today, the Board of Directors and the Executive Board have discussed and approved the annual report of DHI A/S for the financial year 1 January - 31 December 2023.
The annual report is prepared in accordance with the Danish Financial Statements Act.
In our opinion, the consolidated financial statements and the parent company financial statements give a true and fair view of the financial position of the Group and the Parent Company at 31 December 2023 and of the results of the Group's and the Parent Company's operations and the consolidated cash flows for the financial year 1 January – 31 December 2023, including the transactions comprised the Financial Statements are in accordance with the grants given, legislation and other regulations as well as with agreements concluded and generally accepted practice. This includes that due financial consideration having been made in the administration of the funds and the operation of the Parent Company comprised by the Financial Statements and ensuring established systems and processes that support economy, productivity and efficiency.
Further, in our opinion, the Management's review gives a fair review of the development in the Group's and the Parent Company's operations and financial matters and the results of the Group's and the Parent Company's operations and financial position.
We recommend that the annual report be approved at the annual general meeting.
